Sanctuary's Features
Regrettably, Sanctuary is not equipped for children under age 14. Guests with allergies to cats, please take note that there is one cat onboard. While he does remain in the Crew's Quarters, if you have allergies to cats, you may be affected while onboard. Of course, there is no smoking onboard except on the flybridge or outside on the foredeck.
Rates (All rates are per night, double occupancy per room. 7% Florida Sales Tax in addition to published rates. Rates and terms are subject to change due to special events.)
*Special Events include, but are not limited to, Miami Boat Show, Sony-Ericsson Open, Orange Bowl, BCS National Championship Game (when in Miami), and Super Bowl/NFL Conference. Minimum nights stay may be required for special event/holidays. All bed and breakfast rates include a full breakfast. Although we prefer to charter the yacht and all of its staterooms to one party as a whole, individual staterooms can be reserved. The Third Guest Stateroom is sold only as overflow to the Second Guest Stateroom, and the Second Guest Stateroom is only sold as an overflow to the Master Stateroom. In other words, we only book the Second Guest Stateroom where the Master Stateroom is already reserved, and the Third Stateroom when the Second Stateroom is reserved.
A one night deposit including sales tax is required to either Visa or
MasterCard at the time a reservation is made. Our cancellation policy is
14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the
deposit. In the event of early departure, there is no refund for unused
nights. Special Events and Holidays may require higher deposit amounts
and are subject to 30 day notice of cancellation. A three-night minimum
stay is required during most Special Events.
Due to the level of service we offer, reservations are required. We cannot accommodate walk-ups. Check-in is 4:00 PM. Check-out is 12:00 noon. No smoking anywhere inside the vessel or on the aft deck. Smoking is permitted outside only. We do not accept pets.
